Free medical check-up camp

A free medical check-up camp was organized by Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle Udhampur at village Malhar (Udhampur) on 9-9-2007. The camp was inaugurated by Hon"ble MLA Udhampur  Sh.Balwant Singh Mankotia. A team of doctors, Dr. K.C. Sharma and Brigadiar, Dr. Bhagat Singh of Jammu checked up the patients and free medicines were distributed among the patients. 450patients were checked by the doctors through out the day. Besides members of the organization namely S. Jasbir Singh, Satpal Singh, Maneet Singh, Sukhbir Singh, Vickey, Gurwant Singh, Pankaj Sharma, Gopal Krishan and Rajinder Singh (JE), three medical assistants remained busy in distributing medicines to the patients. Dr. K.S. Sharma also spoke to the patients regarding maintenance of health by each individual giving tips of daily routine exercises at their homes. Members of DGPC Udhampur namely S.Rajinder Singh and Harvinder Singh extended their full co-operation to make the camp successful. On the occasion members of organization spread the message of love, peace & brotherhood among the mass gathered for check-up.
