Seminar on The Culture of Peace in Gurbani

A seminar on the theme of ? The Culture of Peace in Gurbani? has been organized by GGSSC at Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar dedicated to the 4th Centenary of Martyrdom of Sri Guru Arjan Dev ji. Professors, Principals,

Teachers and students of different colleges from Jalandhar, Kapurthala and Nawan-Shehar attended this seminar and listened the views of sikh intellectuals who took part in this seminar. The key attraction of the seminar was the presentation by Dr Charan Kamal Singh, Chief Secretary, GGSSC on the theme of ? Sri Guru Granth Sahib-an apostle of human integration? describing that the uniqueness of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji is its characteristic of integration.

This integration is universal on a horizontal frame as it outreaches to the entire world, to the humanity at large. It is vertical as this integration integrates the humanity with the almighty. It is a remarkable storehouse of spiritual knowledge and teachings and disseminates the message of universal peace and brotherhood. Pr.
