Gurmat Training Camp at New York

Gurmat Training Camp for children was organized by GGSSC (New York) from 3rd July 2006 to 29th July 2006 at St. Benedict Joseph School, Richmond Hill, New York-11419.

Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle (Yew York) organized this camp with active co-operation of The Sikh cultural Society Inc., Baba Makhan Shah Lubhana Sikh Centre and other Sikh Organizations and Gurdawaras. Various Activities like Declamation, Sudh Gurbani, Kirtan Training, Gatka Training, Quiz contest, Group discussions etc. will be held to inculcate Moral Values among children. Winners and Participants in various activities at the camp will be awarded gifts and prizes.

During this camp 'Charni Lago diwas' was also observed, in which childern were taught how to recite 'Shud Gurbani' from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee.
