Summer Camp organized at seven places in Ludhiana

Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle has started? Summer Camp? during the summer vocation of children at Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Sarabha Nagar,

Gurdwara Dhan Pothohar New Model Town, Gurdwara Sri Sukhmani Sahib Dugri, Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Model Town, Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha village Narangwal, Gurdwara Guru Nanak Dev Ji Haibowal, Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, Ludhiana.

Earlier, Chief Organizer, GGSSC, Pr. Ram Singh inaugurated the camp at Sarabha Nagar. The camp will continue till 2nd of July and the timings of this camp will be between 8am to 10am.

Briefly explaining about the activities in the camp, Dr Charan Kamal Singh, Chief Secretary, Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle, said that students above the age of five years can participate in this summer camp. Students will get the knowledge about Sikh Jiwan Janch, Gurbani Path, Kirtan, Dastar Tying and Tabla. Besides personality development, spoken English course and gatka will also feature in this month long camp. To enhance their writing skills, children will be provided with various moral & educational topics to write upon. Shabad Gayan, Dastar Tying and many other competitions will also be held and winners will be awarded with prizes and certificates. Prabhjot Singh, Additional Zonal Sect. explained that the purpose of this camp is to utilize the free time of the kids and to involve them in various activities full of creativity which will result in their overall development. The atmosphere in the camp is very friendly and the kids are enjoying being a part of this camp.
