Human Resource Development and Planning Council
HRDP Council comprises of various directorates that plan in advance, the programs and agendas for the OWC. HRDP chalks out programs keeping in view geographic spread, calendar and target audience. It prepares syllabus for camps, exams, training courses etc. HRDP council also runs the institutions of GGSSC.

DIRDC helps the down trodden section of society and rural masses to improve their quality of living by providing them latest information and technical support in diversifying agriculture, adopting modern agricultural practices and availing subsidies and schemes floated by various governmental departments. It encourages dairying and allied activities to supplement farmers’ income.
